Quick Tips
• We have had a lot of customers coming in with mulch or ground cover under their citrus trees. This is not a good thing for them as it will cause early root damage and lots of die back. For further information stop by the garden center.
• Weed control: pre-emergent is the best form of weed control. Timing is the most important factor as it should be applied between February 15 thru March 15 to kill the seed before it becomes a weed.
• Don't forget the treatment of maganese/copper solution for cold damaged palms stop in for the recipe.
• Trouble Ahead- if we keep having pleasant weather it will be an early bug season. Keep an eye on your lawn and shrubs! We keep up-to-date on all pesticides coming on the market to give you the most effective control yet the safest for you and the environment. Feel free to bring in your problems confined in a baggy or container.
