Things keep getting worse here.

The Seahawks lost again over the weekend. I didn't make a bet this time even though a close friend and former co winner of the $25,000 Service Manager challenge Carl T. is a huge Ram's fan and I would bet excited they might move back to Los Angeles.

Time is running out on my boys to start winning or miss the playoffs.

As promised I am sending you this video for your Service Advisors to watch.

Complimentary Dog Barking in the middle at no extra charge.

My suggestion would be to play it in your morning shift meeting or schedule a time for all of them to get together and watch it and share ideas after.

What I cover is something very important that every Advisor needs to understand…

The Car is a commodity

What's important is the connection you create with the customer. Anyone can service a car, not many connect on a deeper level.

Advisors Are Customer Collectors

How much you can make if you connect with just 3 customers a day and stay in one dealership. We do the math together and it's staggering.

Trust Is Everything

It feeds the circle of life and higher sales

How To Connect With A Customer

Pet the dog or whatever you want to call it…. It's the number one skill you need as an advisor.

I know your Advisors will relate to this and it will start some great conversations about improving and connecting with customers.

If your Service Advisors aren't on our 24/7 365 Training Platform you should call my office and get a demo of it right now.
