The results are posted in real time on the Challenge Standings section of the Live Chat Challenge website. The winner is the dealer with the most chats after 30 days. This dealer is awarded the Pro Active Live Chat from Dealer e-Process for six months free of charge, along with the Live Chat Challenge trophy. 2nd through 5th place winners will receive an exclusive offer.
Dealers who wish to participate must meet and agree to the following:
- Have never used Dealer e-Process Live Chat
- Have at least 4000 unique visitors per month to their website
- Not currently using any other live chat program during the challenge
- Live Chat MUST engage proactively on dealer site 10 seconds after
visitor arrives
- Consent to have results posted on LiveChatChallenge.com website
- Consent to have dealership name and results published in any
form of marketing
